Lingkungan Kirana Health Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Area Manager to join our team in Seminyak. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading health center in Bali, known for its commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services.

As an Assistant Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Area Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the health center. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in healthcare management and a passion for improving patient care and facility operations.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can work well under pressure and has excellent communication and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the health center, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and treatment.
  • Oversee the scheduling and management of healthcare staff, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the health center.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of health programs and initiatives.
  • Support the Area Manager in financial management and reporting.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including patient records, billing, and insurance claims.
  • Promote a positive and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Computer literacy, particularly in office software and healthcare management systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
