📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily bakery operations, including production, sales, and customer service.
• Manage and train bakery staff to ensure high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Manage inventory and supplier relationships to ensure product availability and cost efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bakery management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing bakery operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of bakery products, processes, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
