📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide mental health counseling services to patients, including individual and group sessions, crisis intervention, and family counseling.
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments using standardized tools and software.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with psychiatrists and psychologists.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Participate in hospital-wide mental health initiatives and training programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using hospital information systems.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Certification as a Mental Health Nurse (SIP) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health nursing.
- Experience with mental health assessment tools and counseling software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and culturally sensitive care.
