PT Kencana Pilar is seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to join our team in Maros. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and employees. This is a hybrid position, combining on-site and remote duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with relevant authorities if necessary.,Maintain a visible and professional presence to deter potential security breaches.,Provide assistance to employees in case of emergencies or security concerns.,Keep accurate records of security-related incidents and maintain confidentiality.,Participate in security drills and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.,Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in security guard roles.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent experience.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
