PT Pancaran Maha is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.,Process payroll for employees, including calculating salaries, deductions, and tax withholdings.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Support the finance team in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.,Participate in audits and internal reviews as required.,Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Recent graduate with a maximum of 2 years of relevant work experience.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.
