📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on recruitment progress and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
