📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Manage and supervise the operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operational goals are aligned with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
