📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing.,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related role.,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes.,Excellent written communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
