In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing sales activities, ensuring that our dealers and project teams meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage sales activities for assigned dealers and project teams.,Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and stakeholders.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure they meet their targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the business.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
