📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software.,Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery testing to protect our data.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our systems are secure and efficient.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems meet their needs and requirements.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software.,Experience with system administration and troubleshooting.,Experience with IT security and compliance.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
