San Miguel Aerocity Inc. is seeking a talented Site Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful completion of our infrastructure and development projects in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of various infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect and approve construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.,Monitor project progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.,Ensure that all project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports, is accurate and up-to-date.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the successful completion of all projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the infrastructure and development sector.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work long hours and under pressure, as well as in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
