📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and materials.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure training needs are met.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring effective delivery and engagement.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Maintain training records and provide reports as required.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.,Support the training and development of new employees.,Assist in the development of training budgets and resource allocation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
