📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of the branch
2. Manage a team of staff to ensure smooth logistics operations
3. Coordinate with other branches and the central office to ensure seamless operations
4. Monitor and report on branch performance and KPIs
5. Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies
6. Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the logistics industry
3. Strong leadership and team management skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in using logistics management software
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
