📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide mental health counseling services to patients, including individual and group sessions, crisis intervention, and family counseling.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments using standardized tools and software.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with psychiatrists and psychologists.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Participate in hospital-wide mental health initiatives and training programs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using hospital information systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Certification as a Mental Health Nurse (SIP) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health nursing.
• Experience with mental health assessment tools and counseling software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and culturally sensitive care.
