Dinamika Pratama Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Field Collection professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers and ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding amounts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit assigned customers to collect outstanding payments.,Maintain accurate records of all collections and follow up on overdue accounts.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Report collection activities and progress to the management team.,Handle cash and other forms of payment securely and in compliance with company policies.,Assist in resolving any disputes or issues related to collections.,Participate in training programs to enhance collection skills and knowledge.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in field collection or a related role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good knowledge of local market and customer base.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with collection software and tools.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding collection targets.
