📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in customer service operations, including handling inquiries and resolving customer issues.
• Learn and apply sales techniques and strategies to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Support inventory management and stock control to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Assist in store setup and maintenance to ensure a clean and organized retail environment.
• Work closely with mentors to develop and refine your retail and customer service skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
