📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Manage and maintain a customer database, including updating customer information and tracking customer interactions.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations to support the sales team.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote sales and drive customer engagement.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Passionate about sales and customer service.
