📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Proven ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
