📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to kitchen improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Crew or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid food handler's permit or equivalent.
