📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pastry department, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items to drive innovation and customer satisfaction.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs to maintain high-quality standards and improve skills.,Manage inventory and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.,Collaborate with the executive chef and other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Monitor food costs and waste to optimize profitability and efficiency.,Lead and participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive departmental goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.,Experience with bakery operations and equipment is a plus.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.
