📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
  • Conduct process audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards and corporate governance policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on process excellence and ethical practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve organizational goals.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of ethical standards and corporate governance policies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and software, such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
  • Certifications in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, are a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
