📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.,Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
