As a Receptionist at Duta Anggi Health Center, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for everyone who comes through our doors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Schedule appointments and manage the waiting area.

Coordinate with doctors and other staff to ensure smooth operations.

Handle front desk transactions and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.

Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

Knowledge of health care terminology and procedures is a plus.
