📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on company requirements and candidate qualifications.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment support.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee onboarding programs.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
