📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide support to the team in achieving operational targets.,Handle administrative tasks related to operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with basic project management tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
