• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best candidates.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Conducting job interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
• Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
• Providing regular reports and updates to the recruitment team and management on recruitment activities and progress.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
