📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide excellent customer service and support to address client inquiries and concerns.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product or service improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Monitor and report on key sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to expand your professional network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the automotive or related industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
