PT Sejahtera Prima Pratama is seeking a dedicated and friendly Waitress to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.,Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation.,Assist with food and beverage service to ensure timely delivery.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or complaints.,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.,Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Waitress or similar role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
