As an Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance (Manufacturing) at Good Job Creations, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products throughout the manufacturing process. You will work closely with our team to implement and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that we meet the highest standards of quality. You will also be responsible for conducting audits and inspections to ensure that our products meet customer requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and mentoring our team to ensure that they are up-to-date on the latest quality standards and best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure products meet ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures using SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Train and mentor the team to ensure they are up-to-date on the latest quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality regulations and standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in ISO 9001:2015 or a related quality standard is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
