📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and landscaping.
• Coordinate with villa managers and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Use AutoCAD and SketchUp to create and update facility drawings and plans.
• Manage and maintain facility maintenance records using Microsoft Office.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a luxury hospitality or villa management setting.
• Certification in facilities maintenance or related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
