📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the aquatic center, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and supervise a team of instructors, lifeguards, and maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the facility.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure that all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality or service industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
