📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage client accounts and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and implement accounting strategies to improve financial efficiency.
• Leverage QuickBooks and Xero to streamline accounting processes.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
